Conflict management course enhances a student's social and emotional development by increasing perspective-taking and empathy, improving emotional awareness and management, reducing aggressive leanings and hostile attitudes, and increasing the use of constructive conflict strategies.
Students will learn how to improve their listening skills which helps to stop comparing or contrasting with others. Student will be able to learn how to discuss rather than debate. Student will be able to set goals, avoid blaming, honour feedback, and eradicate biases. Student will learn to be calm in challenging situations and learn to respond rather than react.
